To use the user services of this product (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you shall read the Privacy Policy in advance.
Your viewing and use of the Service shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to the above terms.
The Service is only available to individuals or companies capable of entering into legally binding contracts in accordance with applicable laws. This product reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service to any person at its sole discretion at any time.
Ago reserves the right to charge fees for the Service after notifying you in accordance with Article 1. You shall bear all fees incurred by transactions, obtaining paid services from Ago, and related network services. Ago reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or stop part or all of the Service by publicizing on this product without prior written notice.
1 When users obtain membership through specific methods, they must read and confirm to agree to the relevant usage methods.
2 Users shall not conduct any of the following acts:
(1) Obtain membership for themselves or others for profit;
(2) Obtain membership by any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen brushing software or other automatic means;
(3) Obtain membership through improper means or acts violating the principle of honesty and credibility;
(4) Obtain membership through other cheating acts.
If a user violates the above provisions, we have the right to immediately terminate the provision of membership services to the user, cancel the user's membership qualification, and the user shall independently bear all losses caused to the user or third parties. If a user's violation of the above provisions causes losses to us, the user shall also compensate us for the losses.
(5) When you register an account (including logging in through a third-party account authorization), you shall provide complete, true, accurate and up-to-date necessary registration information to us as prompted on the page, and shall not register an account by using others' email addresses, mobile phone numbers or other means of impersonating others' identities. To better provide you with services and ensure the security of your account, you agree and authorize us to inquire about the authenticity of user identity and the validity of user mobile phone numbers from reliable units. If the submitted registration information changes, please modify it in a timely manner, and you shall bear the adverse consequences arising from your failure or refusal to modify it.
3 After successful activation of membership, you can enjoy a number of exclusive privileges and services in the APP, and the valid period starts from the time of service activation.
4 The specific membership privileges shall be subject to what we actually provide. We may adjust the membership privileges in a timely manner according to business development changes, and you shall timely pay attention to and understand the changes in membership privileges and policies, and understand and agree to our adjustments.
5 Before we adjust the membership privileges, you may have enjoyed or are enjoying certain membership service contents or rights. You understand and accept that our adjustment of membership privileges may affect the rights you have enjoyed or are enjoying, and agree to use them in accordance with the adjusted privileges without requiring us to bear any responsibility.
6 A few days before the expiration of membership qualification, we may prompt you to renew your membership; regardless of whether we prompt you or not, members need to renew to maintain their membership qualification. If the membership is not renewed on time upon expiration, we will stop providing membership services.
7 After becoming a member user, you have the right to refuse to accept our services, and may apply to cancel the membership service, but the membership fee will not be refunded.
We shall not be liable for any losses caused to users by the relevant measures we have taken as mentioned above, and users shall bear all responsibilities and losses on their own.
1 During the validity period of membership, member users can use all functions in the APP.
2 If a member user violates relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to restrict, suspend, cancel or terminate the corresponding rights enjoyed by the user and provide relevant services at any time, or if we believe that the member's behavior damages the reputation and interests of us or others, we have the right to cancel the member user's membership qualification without any compensation and without refunding any membership fee to the user.
3 Users whose membership qualification is cancelled can no longer participate in the activities organized by us and can no longer enjoy the various preferential and value-added services provided by us, that is, they no longer enjoy membership rights.
4 Member users have the right not to participate in our activities.
You understand and agree that our services are provided on the status achievable with existing technologies and conditions. We will make our best efforts to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of the services; however, we cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks caused by force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, defects of third-party services, government actions and other reasons.
1 You understand and agree: the membership services we provide to you may include relevant services provided to users by us authorized by legitimate obligees. Therefore, due to the constraints of the authorization time, scope and restrictions imposed by such obligees on us, we will impose certain restrictions on the regions where users who activate membership-related services are located, as well as the specific time, geographical scope and terminal devices for users to use the services, which may result in users being unable to obtain membership-related services in certain regions, time periods or on different terminal devices. We shall not be liable for your failure to enjoy membership-related services or contents due to violation of this agreement or other reasons.
2 You understand and agree: the membership services we provide to you or the contents included in the membership services may be changed, interrupted, suspended or terminated according to changes in laws, regulations or regulatory policies, requirements of obligees or copyright owners, requirements of law enforcement or judicial organs, complaints from other third parties, etc., including but not limited to the right of us to take temporary or permanent removal of any contents of membership services, stop providing membership or restrict membership service contents and other measures. We shall not be liable for your failure to enjoy membership-related services or contents due to the foregoing or other reasons.
3 We reserve the right to change, modify or terminate this User Agreement at any time in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
4 We do not guarantee service interruption, content loss of short messages sent by users, garbled characters, incorrect reception, failure to receive or delayed reception caused by mobile communication network failures, technical defects, coverage limitations, force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, user's location, user's shutdown or other causes beyond the technical capabilities of Ago involved in various services.
1 Your use of our services shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to all terms.
2 We reserve the right to modify the terms when necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms on the relevant service page.
3 After the amendment of the terms, if you continue to use the software or services provided by us, you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you shall stop using the software or services provided by us.
1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations, the relevant laws and regulations shall prevail.
2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
3 The provider of the App reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
If you need to use the membership automatic renewal service, you must agree to these rules.
You understand and agree:
1. Service Name: Automatic Renewal.
2. This service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated the membership service. If you activate the membership, we have the right to deduct the monthly fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to the membership account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Account") when your membership service is about to expire. The premise for the realization of this service is that you have bound your membership with the above accounts and can successfully deduct money from the above accounts. You shall bear the failure of renewal caused by insufficient deductible balance in the above accounts.
The subscription membership service has the following three subscription types:

1 Month: $0.99.
3. If you need to cancel automatic renewal, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can suspend or terminate this service in the following ways:
For automatic renewal users of Apple in-app payment (IAP payment): Open "Settings" on your Apple device --> Enter "iTunes Store & App Store" --> Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and select Ago to cancel the subscription.
