The Service is only available for individuals or companies capable of entering into legally binding contracts in accordance with relevant laws. Therefore, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Todooit service. If you do not meet this condition, please do not use the Service. This product reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion.

Todooit reserves the right to charge fees for the Service after notifying you according to Article 1. You shall bear all expenses related to transactions, obtaining paid services from Todooit, and other aspects of network services. Todooit reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or terminate part or all of the Service without prior written notice, only through public announcements on this product.

1. Procedures for Obtaining Membership Services

1.1. When users obtain membership in specific ways, they must read and confirm their agreement to the relevant usage methods.

1.2. Users shall not engage in any of the following behaviors:

1. (1) Obtain membership for themselves or others for profit;
2. (2) Obtain membership through any automated means such as robot software, spider software, web crawler software, screen scraping software, or other automatic methods;
3. (3) Obtain membership through improper means or behaviors that violate principles of honesty and credit;
4. (4) Obtain membership through other cheating behaviors. If users violate the above provisions, we have the right to immediately terminate the provision of membership services to users, cancel the user's membership qualification. Users shall independently bear all losses incurred by themselves or third parties due to this. If users violate the above provisions, causing losses to us, users shall also compensate us for the losses.
5. (5) When registering an account (including logging in through a third-party account authorization), you should provide us with complete, true, accurate, and up-to-date necessary registration information according to the page prompts, and should not register an account using others' email addresses, phone numbers, or in any other way that impersonates others' identities. In order to better serve you and ensure the security of your account, you agree and authorize Todooit to inquire about the authenticity of user identity, the validity status of user phone numbers, etc., through reliable units such as the National Citizen Identity Number Inquiry Service Center, telecommunications operators, financial service institutions, etc., based on the phone numbers, ID numbers, and other information you provide. If there are any changes to the submitted registration information, please modify it promptly. You shall bear any adverse consequences arising from your failure to modify or refusal to modify.

1.3. After successfully activating the membership, members can enjoy multiple exclusive privileges and services, and the validity period starts from the time the service is activated.

1.4. The specific privileges of membership are subject to the actual services we provide. We may adjust the content of membership privileges in a timely manner according to business development changes. You should pay attention to and understand the changes in membership privilege content and policies in a timely manner, and agree with our adjustments.

1.5. Before the expiration of the membership period, we may remind you to renew your membership. Regardless of whether we remind you, you need to renew your membership to continue the membership. If the membership expires without renewal, we will stop providing membership services.

1.6. After becoming a member, members have the right to refuse our services and may apply to cancel membership services, but they will not receive a refund of the membership fee. Regarding the above-mentioned measures taken by us, if they cause losses to users, it has nothing to do with us, and users shall bear all responsibilities and losses on their own.

2. Provisions Related to Membership Rights and Interests

2.1. During the validity period of the membership, members can use all functions within the APP.

2.2. If a member violates relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to restrict, suspend, cancel, or terminate the corresponding rights enjoyed by the user and provide related services at any time. If we believe that the member's behavior damages our or others' reputation and interests, we have the right to cancel the member's membership without compensation or refund of any membership fees to the user.

2.3. Users whose membership has been canceled cannot participate in activities organized by us and can no longer enjoy the various discounts and value-added services provided by us, that is, they no longer enjoy membership rights.

2.4. Members have the right to choose not to participate in our activities.

3. Provision of Services as They Are

You understand and agree that our services are provided as they are based on existing technologies and conditions. We will make every effort to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of the services. However, we cannot foresee and prevent legal, technological, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in third-party services, government actions, etc., which may cause service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks.

3.1. You understand and agree: The membership services we provide to you may include related services provided to users by us authorized by legitimate rights holders. Therefore, due to the constraints of the time, scope, and restrictions imposed by the rights holder on us, we may impose certain restrictions on the region where the user who has activated the membership-related services is located, as well as the time, geographical scope, terminal equipment, etc., when the user specifically uses the services. It may cause users to be unable to obtain membership-related services or content in certain regions, times, or with different terminal devices, etc. If you cannot enjoy membership-related services or content due to violation of this Agreement or other reasons, we shall not bear any responsibility.

3.2. You understand and agree: The membership services provided to you by us or the content included in the membership services may be changed or interrupted, suspended, or terminated according to changes in laws and regulations, requirements of rights holders or copyright owners, requirements of law enforcement agencies or judicial organs, and complaints from other third parties, including but not limited to our rights to temporarily or permanently remove or stop providing any content of the membership services, stop providing membership or restrict the content of membership services. For the aforementioned reasons or other reasons that cause you to be unable to enjoy membership-related services or content, we shall not bear any responsibility.

7. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

7.2. We have the right to modify the terms when necessary. You can view the latest version of the terms on the relevant service page.

7.3. After the terms are changed, if you continue to use the software or services we provide, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified terms. If you do not accept the modified terms, you should stop using the software or services we provide.

8. Applicable Law

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations, the relevant laws and regulations shall prevail.

8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.

8.3. The App provider has the final interpretation right of this Agreement.

9. Rules for Automatic Renewal Services

If you need to use the automatic renewal service for membership, you need to agree to these rules.

9.2. This service is provided to you for automatic renewal under the premise that you have activated the membership service. When your membership is about to expire, you have the right to deduct the monthly fee for the next billing cycle from your own recharge account, third-party payment account bound with the membership account, bank card, communication account, or iTunes account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "account"). The prerequisite for realizing this service is that you have bound the membership with the above accounts and can successfully deduct the payment from the above accounts. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance in the above accounts, you shall bear the consequences on your own.

There are two subscription types for subscribing to membership services:

If you need to cancel the automatic renewal, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. You can stop or terminate this service through the following methods: Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase) automatic renewal users can unsubscribe as follows: Open the "Settings" on your Apple phone --> Go to "iTunes Store & App Store" --> Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription", select Todooit and cancel the subscription.
